Departure from The Home Depot hangar is scheduled for 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Please arrive by 1:30 PM. Transportation from the airport to the hotel will be provided, with an estimated travel time of approximately 30 minutes.

Departure:

On Sunday, September 14, there will be two departure times. The first group will leave the hotel at 8:00 AM for a 9:00 AM charter, returning to Atlanta around 10:20 AM. The second group will depart at 12:00 PM for a 1:00 PM charter, returning to Atlanta at approximately 2:15 PM. Please indicate your preferred departure time on the registration tab of this website. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
